Come celebrate with us:
Earwickersnight
(which follows, as it were, Bloomsday)
Sunday, April 7th
actual date of Finnegans Wake

per Peter Reichenberg's discovery, based on his knowledge and research of The Beautiful Game (football, known locally as soccer), that the tavern chapter we've finally finished took place on April 7, 1928, which is thus the date for the entire work. (See JJQ, Winter 2009)

This year we'll have --

• a pair of dramatic readings by pairs of members

• new music "Children's Games: Shem and Shaun at Play"
by Stephen J. Pantani, our Composer in Residence

• Finnegans Wake transformed into the quiz  Family Feud

• our continuing Wake sing-alongmore with more
(and some of the same) songs
.
New songs:
Follow Me Up to Carlow
Polly Wolly Doodle All the Day
Shan Van Vocht
Yankee Doodle Dandy
